This experience has allowed Andrew to gain a greater understanding of how insurance companies operate around the United States which allows him to achieve better results for the firm's clients.

Andrew created Bautista LeRoy LLC with Jose Bautista to help individuals who have suffered personal injuries, including elder abuse by nursing homes. He strives to provide a voice to the elderly in Missouri and Kansas by holding nursing homes accountable for substandard care.
Andrew received his B.S. in Journalism from the University of Kansas where he received the Outstanding Business Development/Marketing Award from the School of Journalism. He received his law degree in 2005 from the University of Missouri - Kansas City. While in law school, Andrew was the Chief Honor Court Prosecutor and a Trial Advocacy Scholar. He is a member of the Order of Barristers, a national distinction given to only ten members of his graduating class recognizing excellence in legal advocacy. Andrew was recognized as KCMBA Young Lawyer of the Year in 2014. This award is given to a young attorney who exhibits significant community, civic and professional work through his/her practice.
Andrew was born in Kansas City, Missouri. When he is not fighting insurance companies, Andrew enjoys hiking and kayaking with his wife Gilly and their three children. Andrew volunteers his time at St. Peter's Catholic Church and School in Brookside. You can frequently find Andrew and his family enjoying everything Brookside has to offer families.
